Delivery
Delivery to United States and Canada. Orders are delivered through UPS services only :
- UPS Ground to receive it within 7 working days after shipping ;
- UPS 2nd Day Air to receive it within 2 working days after shipping ;
- UPS Next Day Air to receive it they day after shipping.
A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent as soon as the parcel has been handed over to the carrier. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can reschedule the delivery or collect your parcel from a pickup point.
Shipping costs
Free UPS Ground delivery on orders of $150 or more. For orders below this amount, shipping costs vary depending on the UPS shipping method selected.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Returned products must be new, unused and in their original packaging. Before making a return, please contact customer service to receive the return instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by Trudon via a prepaid shipping label provided to you.
